What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
• Provide training and guidance to managers regarding performance expectations and reviews.
• Facilitate internal and external team transfers and translate company culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a product or technology company.
• Proven experience implementing HR processes, policies, and standards.
• Proficiency in working with HR metrics and best practices.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Location: Must be based in Southeast Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the APAC region.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act.
• Experience managing visa processes and employee relocation.
