TL;DR
Corporate Tax Manager (Corporate Tax): Managing corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the company, subsidiaries, and affiliates with an accent on preparing/reviewing corporate income and indirect tax returns, tax research, and audit/enquiry management. Focus on proactive tax planning, quarterly and annual tax provisions, and providing tax support across Finance, Operations, Legal, and other business units.
Location: Toronto Office (483 Bay Street) until approximately late 2026; then Mississauga office (3 Robert Speck Parkway). Flexible hybrid schedule.
Salary: $115,000–$140,000 base annually

What you will do
- Prepare and/or review tax provisions, corporate income tax returns, and indirect tax returns for the company and its affiliates.
- Perform tax research and provide practical, forward-looking tax planning and recommendations.
- Lead tax engagements and manage audits or enquiries from tax authorities.
- Review tax processes and support special projects as needed.
- Provide tax support and advice to other Finance, Operations, Legal, and business units.
- Assist with non-routine tax issues and projects as they arise.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- University degree (finance or accounting preferred) or relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years of corporate tax experience; 4 years of accounting/tax experience with corporate tax experience required.
- CPA (or equivalent) or Master of Taxation; completion of CICA In-Depth Tax Courses Level 1 & 2.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian income tax legislation and practices; good knowledge of tax accounting standards.
- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel knowledge; ability to manage deadlines and coordinate project timelines.
