Location: Flexible hybrid in office schedule. Currently based in Toronto, moving to Mississauga in late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (Base + Bonus)

What you will do

• Oversee daily workload of the operations team to ensure policies are followed and client needs are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain supervisory procedures to strengthen regulatory and risk controls for the assigned team.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to employees to enhance individual performance.
• Lead corporate and divisional projects, including client onboarding initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management and external partners to optimize transaction processing and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Financial Services or 3-4 years of progressive experience in operations/customer service within the brokerage industry.
• University Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams and handle complex operational tasks.
• Must have current work authorization for Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring people.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course.
• Bilingualism in French.
