Salary: $131,625–$165,750/year plus commissions.

What you will do
- Drive new ISV acquisition and growth by targeting companies that can embed the platform into their commercial offerings.
- Lead executive-level engagement across Product, Engineering, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Navigate complex licensing, commercial, and contractual structures including OEM and subscription models.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to accelerate partner revenue.
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, specifically in OEM, ISV, or infrastructure software.
- Proven success selling into software companies or partner-led business models.
- Strong understanding of embedded licensing, subscription models, and contractual negotiations.
- Ability to work with executive stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Must be based in the United States and available for 40% travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

- History as a consistent top performer selling to senior executives with quotas exceeding $4M.
