TL;DR

Compensation: $138,000 – $230,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Design and execute a territory business plan to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing new business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to identify and grow sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to position solutions effectively to customers.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Legal to ensure deal success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alabama or Mississippi due to business needs.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management strategies.
