What you will do

• Provide 1st level incident logging, resolution, and service request fulfillment.
• Support hardware and software including PCs, mobile phones, printers, and conference systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of end-user computers: deployment, maintenance, renewal, and disposal.
• Administer user accounts, access management, and provide remote user support.
• Document all troubleshooting and resolutions within the ITSM tool.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for end-user support.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Must be based in Singapore
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, Azure, and Intune portals.
• Experience with Exchange and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and virtual environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.
