Global Operations Center Support Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore; based onsite in a 24x7 shift-based environment

What you will do

• Monitor data centre networks, server hardware, facilities, and alerts on a tier-1 basis around the clock.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot infrastructure problems, and progress tickets through resolution.
• Follow incident escalation procedures and act as a point of contact during significant events and technical escalations.
• Coordinate data centre maintenance, deployments, repairs, and work with internal and external parties.
• Maintain monitoring documentation, access logs, service reports, and equipment movement records.
• Assess infrastructure and critical facility systems and verify subcontractor service quality and contractual compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma or professional certification in electrical, mechanical engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in data centres or 24x7 critical environment management.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centres.
• Experience troubleshooting networks and server hardware, with working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
