What you will do

• Hold full accountability for site EHS, production, quality, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute site strategy, including facility planning and annual budgeting.

• Manage resource allocation and collaborate with global partners in technology and supply chain.
• Build and coach high-performing, inclusive teams to meet clear performance standards.
• Represent the site externally to regulatory authorities and community stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of operations leadership experience in chemical manufacturing or related production environments.
• Proven track record in managing site budgets and financial systems.
• Solid knowledge of chemical plant processes and engineering systems.
• Experience with S&OP processes and enterprise planning systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience in the agrochemical industry.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
