What you will do

• Manage daily site operations, including the supervision of operatives and sub-contractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Coordinate site resources, equipment, and materials to optimize project effectiveness.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks for all personnel.
• Monitor project progress against programmes and address any shortcomings or issues.
• Maintain rigorous site records, including daily activity logs and contract documentation.

• Appropriate CSCS card required
• Valid driving license required
• SMSTS certificate required
• Temporary works supervisor training required
• Scaffold inspection certificate required
• Asbestos awareness required
