What you will do

• Oversee daily health and safety protocols for staff and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and project resources including plant and materials.
• Produce method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Manage the setting to work process, including onboarding and site inductions.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Collect and collate QA documentation for final project records.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Inverness, Scotland.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in transmission, distribution, construction, or utilities.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and incident reporting.
• Ability to manage project resources, costs, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency in producing technical documentation including risk assessments and method statements.
• Commitment to compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
