What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of U.S. federal civilian agency accounts to drive revenue growth and long-term value.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with agency modernization priorities.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and capture strategy to proposal development and contract award.
- Strengthen relationships with program managers, contracting officers, and senior technical stakeholders.
- Navigate complex federal acquisition pathways such as GSA MAS, CIO-SP4, and SEWP.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales engineering, marketing, and legal to deliver cohesive capture strategies.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the U.S. federal civilian market.
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles selling to civilian agencies.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition timelines.
- Experience selling through federal contract vehicles and partner ecosystems.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Existing relationships within agencies like DHS, HHS, DOJ, or SSA.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 compliance standards.
- Active or prior public trust or security clearance.
