What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of U.S. federal civilian agency accounts to drive revenue growth and long-term value.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with agency modernization priorities.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and capture strategy to proposal development and contract award.
  • Strengthen relationships with program managers, contracting officers, and senior technical stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex federal acquisition pathways such as GSA MAS, CIO-SP4, and SEWP.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales engineering, marketing, and legal to deliver cohesive capture strategies.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the U.S. federal civilian market.
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles selling to civilian agencies.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition timelines.
  • Experience selling through federal contract vehicles and partner ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions.
  • Existing relationships within agencies like DHS, HHS, DOJ, or SSA.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 compliance standards.
  • Active or prior public trust or security clearance.
