What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of DoD accounts by building relationships with program, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities aligned with DoD modernization priorities like DevSecOps and digital transformation.
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and contract vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and ecosystem partners to execute account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Provide strategic insights into customer priorities and budget cycles to inform go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of selling into Department of Defense or Intelligence Community accounts.
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs), and budget cycles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies like MEDDICC and tools such as Salesforce.

  • Experience supporting federal IT transformation or software modernization initiatives.
