What you will do

• Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap for emerging paid media channels, including Reddit, Snapchat, and programmatic display.
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing, exercising judgment on optimizations.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets tailored to specific platform environments.
• Design and monitor lift studies and incrementality tests in partnership with the Analytics team.
• Track and report on KPIs for new channel initiatives, translating data into actionable summaries for stakeholders.
• Monitor the AdTech landscape (gaming platforms, community platforms, DSPs) to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform such as Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, or The Trade Desk.
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and attribution frameworks.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear takeaways.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
