What you will do

• Own data pulls, audience setup, and GTM coordination to accelerate test velocity by 30%.
• Manage audience segmentation and enforce test group separation to maintain a clean, MECE test pool.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to provide a reliable data layer for decision-making.
• Serve as the operational link between Growth, Branding, and Product teams for multiple active projects.
• Execute and launch CRM campaigns independently in Braze.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency for pulling and validating data from warehouses (e.g., Databricks).
• Proven experience running end-to-end CRM campaigns (Braze or comparable tools).
• Ability to conduct ROI analysis, including cost per incremental user and payback by segment.
• Practitioner-level AI fluency (AI-L2) using tools like Claude or ChatGPT for daily workflows.
• Experience managing 4-5 concurrent workstreams with a proactive communication style.
