What you will do
- Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with high-value channel partners, resellers, and AV systems integrators.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to outperform revenue objectives and capture market share.
- Educate and certify partners on product portfolios, value propositions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with distribution to target high-growth potential partners and expand the existing base.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to provide leadership with visibility into regional growth opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to align market opportunities and customer requirements with commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in audio, video, or related technology industries.
- Significant experience in a channel sales role within the assigned territory.
- Must reside within the assigned geographic territory (TX, MO, CO, LA, AR, KS, NM).
- Proven track record of leading channel growth strategies and converting relationships into revenue.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
