Salary: $105,000–$115,000 base plus sales incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
- Create and enact regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Educate and certify partners on the product portfolio and value proposition.
- Oversee demand generation activities and pipeline growth through joint marketing initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive landscape insights.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure aliment with regional goals.
Requirements
- Must reside within the assied geographic territory (IL, IN, WI, MI, MN, IA, NE, KY).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in audio, video, or related technology industries.
- Proven experience in channel sales and partner management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assied territory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
