What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of mid-market private capital and investment banking accounts.
• Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert opportunities into measurable growth.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes and priorities.
• Monitor client health and act proactively to resolve friction in partnership with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with private capital or financial services markets, preferably investment banking.
• Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level.
• Strong communication skills with a bias for ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• CRM experience and willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
