Territory Sales Manager

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 base salary, with total annual compensation including commissions estimated at $200,000–$220,000.

What you will do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net hearing instrument sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow business and identify service opportunities.
• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with inside sales to prospect, recruit, and develop new customers.
• Conduct product training and provide software/hardware support for hearing devices.
• Present technology solutions effectively to individual customers and large groups.

Requirements

• Must live within the assigned territory (San Diego).
• 3+ years of experience in outside sales selling tangible products.
• 3+ years of B2B selling experience (non-retail).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and database management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
