What you will do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net hearing instrument sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow business and identify service opportunities.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with inside sales to prospect, recruit, and develop new customers.
- Conduct product training and provide software/hardware support for hearing devices.
- Present technology solutions effectively to individual customers and large groups.
Requirements
- Must live within the assigned territory (San Diego).
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales selling tangible products.
- 3+ years of B2B selling experience (non-retail).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and database management.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
