Accountant (AI/Precision Diagnostics)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Set up, review, and pay vendor bills and miscellaneous office expenses.
• Book and reconcile bank transactions, business credit card activity, customer payments, and other payments.
• Collect receipts and process employee travel expenses.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Assist with invoice processing, collections, financial reports, internal controls, and accounting process updates.
• Support annual audits and ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills.
• General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Accurate data entry, strong organization, clear communication, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Preferred but not required: 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• QuickBooks or NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
