Talent Advisor

TL;DR

Talent Advisor (LegalTech): Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-priority roles with an accent on strategic partnership with hiring managers and proactive sourcing. Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid requirement of at least three days per week on-site.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting outcomes from initial engagement through hire.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Executives to define staffing needs and align on role expectations.
• Source and evaluate highly qualified candidates to meet 60-day hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Leverage social platforms to promote employer branding and attract targeted talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven capability to build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple role types.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Raleigh or Philadelphia at least three days per week.
