TL;DR

Talent Advisor (LegalTech): Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-priority roles with an accent on strategic partnership with hiring managers and proactive sourcing. Focus on building talent pipelines, maintaining data integrity in Workday, and driving employer branding initiatives to support rapid organizational growth.

Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid requirement of at least three days per week on-site.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting outcomes from initial engagement through hire.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Executives to define staffing needs and align on role expectations.
  • Source and evaluate highly qualified candidates to meet 60-day hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Leverage social platforms to promote employer branding and attract targeted talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Proven capability to build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple role types.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Raleigh or Philadelphia at least three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Prior experience in the legal industry.
