What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop multi-faceted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of key technical talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Create detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, and interview processes.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and Workday to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Participate in special recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for technology roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets and sourcing strategies in competitive markets.
  • Working knowledge of HR terminology, practices, and recruitment cycle applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment streams effectively.
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
