What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop multi-faceted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of key technical talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Create detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, and interview processes.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and Workday to identify top-tier candidates.
- Participate in special recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for technology roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and sourcing strategies in competitive markets.
- Working knowledge of HR terminology, practices, and recruitment cycle applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment streams effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
