Salary: $240K–$275K base + equity

What you will do
- Own the full hiring plan and recruiting execution across Engineering, Product, and GTM.
- Audit and improve the recruiting funnel end-to-end: intake quality, pipeline coverage, candidate experience, and time-to-decision.
- Lead a team of recruiters to run searches end-to-end without defaulting to agencies.
- Close highest-priority roles and ensure predictable pipeline coverage with no search starting from scratch.
- Implement structured intake and scorecard processes to make hiring decisions faster and more consistent.
- Build reporting cadence for recruiting health (coverage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and launch an employer brand initiative.
Requirements
- 7+ years in recruiting, including at least 2 years leading a team at a high-growth startup.
- Experience recruiting in developer tools, infrastructure, or AI.
- Proven ability to build in-house recruiting capability that reduces or eliminates agency spend without sacrificing quality or speed.
- Strong technical talent sourcing instincts and ability to engage engineers who are not actively looking.
- Operationally strong, direct, and effective at driving outcomes to “yes” with clear feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
