What you will do

• Analyze and design business processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process solutions.
• Monitor process performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Support change management initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business process management tools and data analysis.
