What you will do

• Map end-to-end current-state business processes, including tasks, roles, systems, and decision points.
• Design future-state processes that leverage AI capabilities such as automation and intelligent routing.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process changes, data requirements, and compliance impacts.
• Analyze user workflows to identify pain points and adoption barriers.
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria to ensure systems meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years) in business analysis, process engineering, or operations analysis.
• U.S. citizenship and active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience mapping complex business processes across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRM, or MES.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in system modernization or legacy replacement projects.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and their application to business processes.
• Background in manufacturing, defense, or complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, value stream mapping).
• Data literacy, including the ability to read database schemas and write SQL queries.
