TL;DR

Head of Marketing (AI): Building and scaling the go-to-market strategy for an AI-native LSP division with an accent on positioning, demand generation, and brand identity. Focus on establishing a distinct market presence for logistics service providers using agentic AI infrastructure and data-driven marketing operations.

Location: On-site in Chicago (4 days a week)

A category-leading supply chain platform launching a dedicated AI-native division (p44LSP.ai) to serve the LSP market.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the core narrative, value proposition, and segment-specific messaging for freight forwarders, 3PLs, and brokers.
  • Own the end-to-end web experience and digital presence, including strategy, content, and design optimization for lsp44.ai.
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) motions targeting LSP Ops personas.
  • Establish and maintain the marketing technology stack, including CRM integration, attribution, and growth reporting.
  • Embed generative and agentic AI tools into the core marketing function to accelerate research and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience across product marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.
  • AI-native approach: daily use of AI tools to build workflows and accelerate output.
  • Exceptional writing ability to produce crisp, credible B2B copy.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS, basic HTML/CSS, and design tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the LSP, freight forwarding, or broader logistics technology market.
  • Background building a marketing function from zero in a founder-led or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with API-led or developer-first infrastructure product marketing.
  • Experience with ABM motions in a mid-market B2B context.
