TL;DR
Senior HR Coordinator (M&A): Supporting the full M&A lifecycle by managing HR diligence, integration, and onboarding processes for newly acquired agencies with an accent on data integrity and system administration. Focus on maintaining Workday accuracy, coordinating Day 1 logistics, and ensuring seamless transitions for employees and managers.
Location: Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $23–$26 per hour.

What you will do
- Maintain HR diligence materials including benefit and compensation comparisons.
- Manage back-end Workday setup, data integrity, and audit import files.
- Oversee the Employee Workday Onboarding Tracker and monitor task completion.
- Coordinate Day 1 logistics including IT access, welcome communications, and swag kits.
- Support HR and benefits orientation calls and lead Workday training sessions.
- Manage ongoing operational tasks such as VCP audits, document audits, and SOC2 compliance support.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to travel within the US (less than 5%).
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools.
- Prior experience in M&A, onboarding, or HR operations.
