What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teammate inquiries via the Zendesk service desk.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Own and continuously improve the global onboarding experience from pre-boarding through 90-day integration.
- Coordinate workplace operations, including vendor management, office projects, and workspace resource allocation.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company-wide events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and People Strategy Partners to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 4-6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Employee Experience.
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes and engagement programs.
- Strong background in vendor management, budget oversight, and workplace operations.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
