TL;DR

Coordinator, Human Resources (Ad Sales): Performing client support activities, HR administration, and project work for the Ad Sales organization with an accent on SAP HR management and employee lifecycle support. Focus on optimizing onboarding/offboarding processes, managing HR reports, and coordinating with cross-functional business partners.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (minimum 4 days/week in office). Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Support strategic HR initiatives across the Ad Sales portfolio.
  • Manage logistics for meetings and events, maintain distribution lists, and update organizational charts.
  • Act as the primary SAP HR user for onboarding, offboarding, workflow forms, and data validation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, PTO, and company policies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time and contractor positions.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and manage special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in New York, NY a minimum of 4 days per week.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel for business as necessary.
