Salary: $132,000 – $182,000 USD (Base salary only).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end RFP response process from intake to submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Legal, Product, and Security teams.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity and persuasive messaging.
• Maintain and update the boilerplate content library and response databases.
• Partner with the Legal team to ensure accurate representation of contractual terms and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and implement process improvements for RFP response efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder RFP responses.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) and CRM systems.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information.
