TL;DR
Senior Compliance Analyst (Fintech): Managing critical components of the compliance management system and scaling the compliance program with an accent on licensing portfolios and audit functions. Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid available in New York City (3 days/week) or fully remote for US-based candidates.
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Own and manage the licensing portfolio, including tracking deadlines, coordinating state renewals, and preparing filings.
- Lead audit readiness and support internal and external regulatory examinations and remediation.
- Maintain and continuously improve the compliance management system (CMS), policies, and risk assessments.
- Conduct and oversee third-party vendor risk assessments and ensure regulatory monitoring.
- Review customer-facing materials and marketing collateral for compliance and UDAAP alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Partner Bank stakeholders on compliance matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, financial services, or a heavily regulated industry.
- Deep familiarity with CMS components, including licensing, audits, and risk assessments.
- Hands-on experience managing state licensing portfolios (lending, money transmission).
- Experience leading audit preparation and regulatory examination responses.
- Strong knowledge of consumer compliance requirements, specifically UDAAP.
- Must be based in the US.
