Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid available in New York City (3 days/week) or fully remote for US-based candidates.

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Own and manage the licensing portfolio, including tracking deadlines, coordinating state renewals, and preparing filings.
• Lead audit readiness and support internal and external regulatory examinations and remediation.
• Maintain and continuously improve the compliance management system (CMS), policies, and risk assessments.
• Conduct and oversee third-party vendor risk assessments and ensure regulatory monitoring.
• Review customer-facing materials and marketing collateral for compliance and UDAAP alignment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Partner Bank stakeholders on compliance matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compliance experience in fintech, financial services, or a heavily regulated industry.
• Deep familiarity with CMS components, including licensing, audits, and risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience managing state licensing portfolios (lending, money transmission).
• Experience leading audit preparation and regulatory examination responses.
• Strong knowledge of consumer compliance requirements, specifically UDAAP.
• Must be based in the US.
