What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable for an assigned territory.
• Contact customers to secure payment commitments and resolve past due balances.
• Investigate reasons for non-payment and escalate issues as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and service teams to resolve disputes.
• Perform account reconciliations and process electronic invoicing.
• Document all relevant activity and payment status within internal systems.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, including advanced written English.
• 2+ years of relevant accounts receivable or collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and account maintenance activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
