What you will do

• Reconcile customer accounts and implement action plans to prevent past-due balances.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and perform daily analysis of collection performance.
• Coordinate with GBS shared services and manage customer account statements.
• Conduct customer negotiations and prepare local and regional financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to local, regional, and global credit policies and manage credit-limit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit & Collections, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
