Location: US Remote (Hybrid options available for candidates near Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis).

Salary: $75,200 – $120,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform.
  • Manage data integrity, quality validation, and continuous improvement of measurement tools.
  • Lead modeling and analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Conduct simulations to forecast the business impact of proposed marketing changes.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization.
  • Deep technical understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and econometric modeling.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling marketing frameworks that drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
