Salary: $154,000–$203,000 (plus 20% target bonus)

What you will do

• Design and evolve a staged validation system to reduce launch risk and guide product capabilities from internal testing to general availability.
• Define experience measurement standards and behavioral benchmarks across the product lifecycle.
• Build a multi-dimensional experience health framework combining attitudinal and behavioral signals.
• Partner with Engineering and Telemetry to define instrumentation requirements and ensure consistent readiness signals.
• Translate complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for product and engineering leadership.
• Establish scalable approaches to early customer exposure, such as preview programs and progressive rollouts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States due to U.S. export control requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in quantitative UX research, mixed-methods research, or product insights.
• Strong quantitative and statistical depth with the ability to synthesize diverse signal types.
• Experience with UX measurement frameworks like HEART, UMUX-Lite, or CSAT.
• Proven ability to connect customer feedback to observed behavior and explain gaps between the two.
• Experience working with staged rollouts, feature flags, or preview programs.

Nice to have

• Background in platform or infrastructure product contexts.
• Experience in data or analytics platform categories.
• Experience measuring or validating AI-assisted or agentic product experiences.
