What you will do

• Shape the vision and own the execution of complex, technical product areas.
• Design AI-native experiences, including copilots, assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Define interaction patterns for AI that account for ambiguity, confidence, and user trust.
• Prototype quickly using AI tooling and coded experiments to iterate beyond static mockups.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data science to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
• Utilize and extend the hirify.global Design System to ensure a seamless product experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Bellevue, WA (Hybrid).
• Experience designing AI-powered or AI-native product experiences.
• Proven track record of shipping products that simplify complex, technical workflows.
• Experience working with high technical complexity and data.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering and product partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, Javascript/React, and CSS.
• Ability to prototype independently or closely with engineering partners.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid delivery cycles.
