What you will do
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for marketing stakeholders, building proactive and trusted relationships.
- Lead and develop an integrated in-house team of eight, including project managers, designers, and copywriters.
- Manage day-to-day operations of offshore production studios, ensuring quality and volume standards are met.
- Oversee workflow governance, resource capacity planning, and project delivery timelines.
- Monitor account commercial health, including scope management, financial reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Champion creative quality and strategic value, ensuring all output is on-brand and commercially relevant within a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, high-volume accounts in a creative or production agency environment.
- Strong background in regulated industries such as gaming, gambling, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and manage offshore production resources.
- Experience preparing and presenting MI reports, QBR reviews, and business performance narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in workflow and resource management tools, with a willingness to learn Pencil Pro.
- Experience integrating Gen AI tools into team workflows and account operations.
