What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and acquire strategic ERP and implementation partners across the DACH market.
- Build revenue-generating partnerships with ERP vendors, resell, and implementation partners; convert AI automation opportunities into qualified pipeline.
- Initiate and manage joint sales cycles; develop repeatable co-selling motions with ERP partners and consulting firms.
- Own partner-related revenue targets and forecasting; support partners in positioning, customer conversations, and opportunity development.
- Co-develop partner playbooks, enablement materials, and engagement models; improve partner-related workflows with Product and Customer teams.
- Track partner activity, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact; provide market feedback on ERP trends and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, or Ecosystem Sales in B2B SaaS or ERP environments.
- Proven track record building partner-generated pipeline and driving revenue through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the DACH ERP landscape.
- Experience co-selling with resell partners, implementation partners, or consulting firms.
- Fluent English and German.
- Onsite work from Zurich.
Nice to have
- Existing network within SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ABAS, or Proalpha ecosystems.
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow, or process optimization solutions.
- Familiarity with the Swiss market and Swiss German.
