Senior Legal Counsel

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer sales, channel partner, procurement, and technology licensing agreements.
• Advise business teams on EU and member-state regulations, GDPR, export controls, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs.
• Identify legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel on disputes and specialized matters.
• Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams across Europe and globally.
• Develop internal legal processes and contract templates to improve efficiency and compliance awareness.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including international law firm training and in-house counsel experience at a multinational corporation.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions.

Nice to have

• Fluent German and experience negotiating agreements under German law.
• Technology, telecommunications, or innovation-sector experience.
• Strong intellectual property expertise.
