What you will do

  • Provide support to employees and clients regarding benefit plans, pricing, coverage, and claims.
  • Manage enrolment and unenrollment processes and handle benefits invoicing and billing.
  • Resolve tickets and escalations via Zendesk and email with high precision.
  • Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to analyze customer needs and deliver improved benefit experiences.
  • Maintain operational documentation in Notion and identify automation possibilities to optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations and Employee Benefits, specifically in the context of delivering US PEO services.
  • Obsession with providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask effectively across various technical tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in the AMER region.
