Salary: $95,000 – $128,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain accurate employee data and strengthen lifecycle processes to ensure a high standard of quality across systems.
• Serve as the primary partner for employee inquiries regarding onboarding, benefits, leaves, and company policies.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for better scalability.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and People Technology teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
• Execute core People programs including growth reviews, compensation cycles, and leave management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience administering and maintaining an HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Must be based in Canada.
