What you will do

• Facilitate the smooth integration of new joiners and support their alignment with company culture.
• Organize internal events and provide hands-on support for major company-wide gatherings.
• Manage HR administrative operations, including training logistics and feedback surveys.
• Coordinate newcomer logistics in cooperation with IT and Administration departments.
• Create engaging content and graphic materials for internal communication channels.
• Manage inventory and ordering of company gifts, promotional materials, and occasional benefits.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Wrocław, Poland
• Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)
• Initial hands-on experience in HR through internships or early-stage roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset.
• University degree in any field.
• Positive energy and a commitment to fostering a great workplace culture.
