What you will do

• Support reward cycles by preparing data packs and scenario modelling for ASR, STI, and LTI cycles.
• Maintain job architecture, including grade definitions and cross-functional levelling consistency.
• Manage benefits operations, tracking utilization, uptake, and eligibility across all markets.
• Oversee operational relationships with benchmarking data suppliers to ensure data accuracy.
• Advise HRBPs and hiring managers on job offers, salary adjustments, and compensation communications.
• Monitor compensation legislation and track reward competitiveness across all geographies.

Requirements

• Professional background in reward, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Solid understanding of compensation principles, job levelling, and benchmarking.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Szczecin.

Nice to have

• Russian language proficiency.
