TL;DR

Senior Total Rewards Partner (HR): Leading compensation and benefits processes for the Polish market with an accent on job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and gender pay gap reporting. Focus on designing market-specific reward programs, managing budgets, and partnering with senior stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with organizational goals.

Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3-5 days per month on-site).

What you will do

  • Lead and implement Total Rewards programs and compensation processes for GBS Poland.
  • Conduct job evaluations, pricing, and provide recommendations based on organizational changes.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
  • Develop and implement market-specific benefits with a focus on employee well-being.
  • Maintain TR dashboards and track spend versus budget for non-merit processes.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Legal departments to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Total Rewards, preferably within retail or media industries.
  • Strong understanding of Polish regulatory and compliance topics (tax, GDPR).
  • Experience in a complex matrix environment partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and HRIS tools like Workday or PayFactors.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Ability to translate technical compensation data into accessible insights for management.
