What you will do
- Lead and develop a global sales operations function across regions, setting operating rhythms and accountability models.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to align execution with growth initiatives.
- Build frameworks for leading indicators across pipeline, forecasting, and deal qualification; convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Drive deal-level inspection discipline to improve pipeline accuracy, forecast reliability, win rates, and sales cycle efficiency.
- Define and execute the vision for AI-enabled sales operations, including forecasting, activity insights, and deal scoring.
- Modernize sales processes with Revenue Operations teams through automation and scalable operating processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Sales or Revenue Operations in high-growth environments.
- Proven success leading global teams and managing senior leaders.
- Strong familiarity with SaaS sales motions, CRM systems, forecasting tools, analytics platforms, and AI solutions.
- Track record improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, partner performance, and sales productivity.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership and contributing to board-level discussions.
