TL;DR

VP, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Designing and owning the operational infrastructure for a complex, broker-led commercial engine with an accent on forecasting, capacity modeling, and tech stack evolution. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote with occasional travel to NYC HQ).

Salary: $300,000–$340,000 (Total Compensation).

What you will do

  • Design and own the operational infrastructure supporting complex broker-led, direct, and alliance sales channels.
  • Lead forecasting and capacity modeling for the entire commercial engine.
  • Evolve day-to-day workflows to ensure consistent execution across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Define and govern core metrics to measure departmental health from top-of-funnel to NRR.
  • Act as a technical thought-leader to evolve the tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Lead professional development and training ecosystems to maintain high-bar SME standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations within a SaaS or technology business.
  • Proven experience leading Revenue Operations in a high-growth environment reaching $500M+ ARR.
  • Mastery of complex, non-direct sales motions such as channel-led or consultant-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in driving operational efficiency for both new-logo acquisition and retention.
  • Strong leadership track record in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching world-class teams.
