Content Analyst (AI)

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada; hybrid with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $55,000–$61,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Provide analytics support for EMEA content domains and additional support for North America.
• Partner with content product owners on development, deployment, and research initiatives.
• Define content quality metrics and build reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain global content taxonomies with regional domain experts.
• Bridge business and technology teams by defining requirements, user stories, testing plans, and impact analyses.
• Lead content governance, documentation, quality monitoring, process improvement, issue escalation, and records management in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in technology platforms, project management, or content development and distribution.
• Experience with CMS and/or DAM platforms, content lifecycle management, content migrations, and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content analysis, UX, or digital marketing concepts.
• Strong workflow and process mapping skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables; VBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, statistical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-influencing skills, with knowledge of content categorization and preferably investment or asset management content.
