Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Canada; fully remote

Salary: C$70,000–C$100,000 annually, plus a 10% target bonus.

What you will do

• Write and publish Bulldog Reporter editorial franchises to a defined editorial standard.
• Produce blog posts, webinar content, and thought leadership for demand generation campaigns.
• Manage external and internal contributors, including recruitment, assignments, deadlines, submissions, and editing.
• Coordinate recurring contributions from product and customer marketing teams.
• Use an AI-first, human-elevated workflow to draft, refine, and publish content.
• Track content performance and apply insights to future editorial and campaign work.

Requirements

• Exceptional high-volume production writing skills with samples demonstrating quality and speed.
• Ability to write consistently in a defined house style and respond constructively to detailed editing.
• Working fluency with AI writing tools as a drafting starting point, combined with strong editorial judgment.
• Familiarity with the PR and communications industry, or the ability to become deeply fluent quickly.
• Strong understanding of personas, reader pain points, campaign objectives, and content performance.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada.
