What you will do

• Manage key account EDI orders in Navision to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide exceptional service to key accounts by resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Finance departments.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across 15+ countries.

Requirements

• English: Professional proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be based in Xiamen, China.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI order processing.
• Basic accounting or financial knowledge, including understanding of credit notes.
