What you will do

• Scout and develop ODM/JDM and sub-assembly supplier bases in the China market.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and provide strategic insights on industry trends and pricing.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end sourcing processes, from identification to contract negotiation.
• Manage cost structures, including BOM reviews and continuous cost improvement targets.
• Coordinate communication between Business Groups, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a comprehensive database for supplier evaluation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing roles, specifically within the China market and ODM/JDM business.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Deep understanding of the PC industry, manufacturing processes, and global sourcing structures.
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach to cost analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site environment in Shenzhen.
