What you will do

• Own the end-to-end demand planning process, aligning cross-functional teams for robust 18-24 month S&OP and 5-year RvsCC horizons.
• Drive consensus between cluster and country-level demand views, ensuring assumptions and risks are documented.
• Provide fact-based advice to facilitate supply allocation decisions and propagate demand signals across Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Standardize demand planning processes and drive excellence in forecast accuracy and sales plan stability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including ML-based enhancements and SFA loss analysis.
• Manage and coach team members to build core supply chain competencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in S&OP process design and optimization.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data presentation and problem-solving.
• Ability to drive change and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience in leading or managing a team.
• System and process-driven approach to business operations.
